How long does it last?

Our products shelf life is up to one year.
Where is my order?

Order processing is 3-7 business day. You will receive a tracking number once your products are being shipped. Lost, Stolen or Damaged packages should be reported to your local USPS office as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please notify your post office and follow up by sending an email to info@latonyassecretcollection.com
Can I customize my orders?

Yes, we accept customize product request. We will use specific oils, butters and fragrance at your request. Contact us at info@latonyassecretcollection.com with your customized request.
What if my body butter is melted when I receive it?

Due to the temperature changes, butters can melt during transit. Place body butters a cool place until it solidifies. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid melting.
